About Us:
SportStarz was founded by two friends who grew up loving sport and experiencing how much it can shape a child’s life. After working across mainstream and special education settings, supporting children with disabilities, and coaching in schools throughout the North West, we saw the real impact that high-quality, inclusive sport can have.
SportStarz was built from that passion - created to give children the same opportunities we had, and to make sport enjoyable, accessible, and confidence-building for every child we work with.
Hi, I'm Elliot!
Elliot is the Business Director of SportStarz and has built his experience working across mainstream and specialist school settings, supporting children of all abilities through high-quality PE and sport. Growing up sporty and active himself, he knows first-hand how physical activity can shape confidence, communication and resilience. That belief is at the heart of everything he does. Elliot takes real pride in creating sessions that help children feel included, capable and excited to learn, and nothing motivates him more than seeing a child progress, whether that’s mastering a new skill or simply believing in themselves a little more than they did the week before.

Joe is the Sporting Director of SportStarz and brings years of coaching experience driven by a genuine passion for helping children grow through sport. He is committed to creating opportunities for pupils who may not otherwise have access to high-quality extracurricular activities, ensuring every child feels supported, included and inspired. Joe values the strong relationships SportStarz builds with schools and communities, and he takes pride in being part of a programme that gives children the same chances that shaped his own development. His focus is always on making a meaningful difference, helping children build confidence, discover their strengths and enjoy the lifelong benefits that sport can bring.

WE BELIEVE PE SHOULD BE MORE THAN JUST PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, IT’S ABOUT TEAMWORK, RESILIENCE, CREATIVITY, AND FUN. EVERY CHILD SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO SPORT, NO MATTER THEIR BACKGROUND OR ABILITY.
WITH OVER 13 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN EDUCATION, WE’RE DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING SCHOOLS WITH HIGH-QUALITY PE DELIVERY THAT MEETS AfPE STANDARDS, NURTURES EVERY CHILD’S POTENTIAL, AND CREATES A POSITIVE CULTURE AROUND PHYSICAL EDUCATION.
WE WORK CLOSELY ALONGSIDE HEADTEACHERS, SENCO’S AND PE LEADS TO ENSURE EACH CHILD MATTERS. OUR STAFF ARE PASSIONATE AND BRING ENERGY AND EXPERTISE TO EVERY SESSION, ENSURING CHILDREN NOT ONLY LEARN NEW SKILLS BUT DEVELOP A LIFELONG LOVE FOR BEING ACTIVE.
WHETHER THROUGH OUR PE COACHING, AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS, OR INCLUSIVE PROGRAMMES LIKE OUR BRAIN BREAK CLUB, WE AIM TO MAKE EVERY CHILD FEEL LIKE A STAR.
