Brain Break Club

Brain Break Club is a targeted intervention designed to help pupils who struggle to remain focused in class. Using movement and sport, we provide short, structured breaks to help children regulate their emotions, release energy, and return to the classroom feeling calmer and more engaged.
The programme is especially beneficial for children with additional needs, including those with EHCPs or SEMH profiles. Whether delivered one-to-one or in small groups, each session is tailored to give children a positive outlet during the day, without disrupting learning or requiring extra input from school staff.
