From PE delivery to Brain Break Club and sensory circuits, our training connects ideas with practice. Through demonstrations, opportunities to take part and guidance relevant to your setting, we help staff build approaches they can use in their everyday work.

Practical PE Development
Practical training for teachers, teaching assistants and staff involved in curriculum PE. Explore lesson structure, progression, inclusive practice, SEND adaptations and equipment use, helping your team build confidence in delivering purposeful, high-quality PE lessons.
Brain Break Club Practitioner
Specialist training for staff selected to deliver Brain Break Club. Covers identifying pupils who may benefit, understanding the seven units, structuring 10–15 minute sessions, adapting purposeful activities and reviewing pupils’ progress and the impact of the provision.
SEND Physical Activity & Sensory Circuits
Practical training to help staff deliver accessible physical activity and sensory circuits. Explore how to adapt equipment, communication and activities, structure sessions and establish familiar routines around pupils’ individual needs, EHCP goals and existing support plans.

Whole-Staff Training
Bring your team together to explore practical approaches an develop a shared understanding. Sessions give staff opportunities to discuss your school's priorities, try activities and consider how to use them within their own roles.
Focused Staff & Practitioner Training
More detailed training for selected staff who will lead provision in your school. We focus on planning, delivery, adapting activities and reviewing progress, helping staff prepare to put their learning into practice.
